I have been training with runningCOACH plans for a year and I am very happy with the training plan, the recommendations and the constant feedback. It adapts to all levels, available time and the particularities of each person. Congratulations to the professionals who work on this app.
I am 72 and still have a half marathon on my bucket list! After a long break I have been running again for three years – regularly on viRACE and occasionally at 5–10 km fun runs. For the past six months I have been training with running.COACH and recently completed the Grand Prix Winterthur (16 km) as a dress rehearsal – more relaxed than expected and faster than anticipated. I am now on track: this autumn I want to run the Greifensee Half Marathon – just before my 73rd birthday!
I want to improve my performance and test it at regional competitions. running.COACH gives me a sustainable and flexible training plan on a modern platform with Swiss expertise behind it.
At 77, my sporting goals are a little more modest – but the ambition is unbroken! Thanks to the professional support of the running.COACH team I managed to improve again at my home race this year.
