Die Laufstrecke führt auf heimeligen Wegen zwischen historischen Baumriesen und knorrigem Totholz zur Sihl hinunter. Von da geht es eine Weile dem rechten Ufer entlang, dann im Wald stetig bergauf zum Waldweiher und schliesslich mit einem Schlussspurt zum Schulhaus Schweikrüti ins Ziel. Ein Naturerlebnis, welches auch etwas sportliche Leistung abverlangt.
