The ninth stage of the Klingenpfadlauf starts at the old Aufderhöhe outdoor pool (KM 51.7) and leads to Krüdersheide. After the steepest climb to Gillicher Straße in Aufderhöhe, the path runs through the forest, crosses Opladener Straße, leads to Landwehrstraße, and finally to a narrow path to the former Aufderhöhe swimming pool, where a refreshment stop is set up. The route continues over field and forest paths to Krüdersheide.
