Ce trail est essentiellement sur des parcours en nature sur terrain forestier et de montagne. 3 parcours adultes sont proposés : 44.3km et 3240m D+ / 25,4km et 1580m D+ / 12,7km et 360m D+. Des parcours enfants (1 et 3km) sont également proposés pour les enfants. Le départ, l'arrivée et le centre de course se trouvent au même endroit en ville de St-Maurice. Ambiance familiale avec cantine pour repas et boissons ( si les conditions sanitaires du moins le permettent)
