The POPULAR MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON "CIUDAD DE BADAJOZ" are races in which all Spanish athletes may participate, whether they are federated athletes or not. With regard to the participation of foreign athletes, and in accordance with the regulations of the RFEA, foreign athletes resident in Extremadura can participate if they can justify it with a residence or work permit and athletes of other nationalities who have not achieved (during the season or the 2 previous seasons) a mark with a value equal to or higher than 900 points of the IAAF table in force.
