Die Mühe wird belohnt, wenn sich den Teilnehmer;innen eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf Stockhorn, Gantrisch und das Dreigestirn Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau bietet. Die wunderbare Aussicht gibt den Läufer:innen ausreichend Energie für den zweiten Teil der Strecke, durch die bewaldete West-seite des Belpbergs zurück zum Schulhaus Mühlematt.
