Chaque équipe de 2 coéquipiers se donne le relais à chaque boucle de 4.5km, et le tout pendant 6h.L’équipe qui fait le plus de boucle remporte la course. La Simba Run, c’est aussi un doux mélange de l’envie d’organiser une course originale, simple, conviviale et de soutenir Simba For Kids, une association humanitaire au Kenya. Les Kids sont également à l'honneur, sur la même boucle, mais pendant 3h.
