The Half Marathon starts in front of Koufalia Town Hall, heading towards Prochoma, then turns right towards the Axios dam, returning to Prochoma. Participants cross the Axios road bridge, turn right onto the rural road towards Elli dam, and continue parallel to the railway tracks before turning left onto the Old National Road Thessaloniki-Evzonon, finishing at the Military Museum of Balkan Wars in Topsin.
