The event offers six distance options, including Finland's largest half marathon, the Helsinki City Half, the legendary Helsinki City Marathon, the Helsinki City Marathon Relay, the fast 5 km Helsinki City 5, and the Helsinki City Double, which combines a marathon and a half marathon. A Minimarathon for children is held on Friday afternoon, along with the Helsinki City 5 run and walk.
