Predict your race time with the running.COACH calculator

The running.COACH pace calculator allows you to improve your race strategy with detailed kilometer-by-kilometer pace planning. Factors such as altitude (performance decreases with increasing elevation), the course profile of the race, and your base pace are all taken into account in the calculation.

There are two ways you can use the running.COACH calculator:

  • Target Time: Do you want to finish the Berlin Marathon in 4 hours, for example? Select the Berlin Marathon in steps 1 and 2, and enter your target time in step 1.
  • Prediction: Do you want to predict your time for the Berlin Marathon based on a previous race? Choose the race you have already completed by entering your finish time in step 1, and set the Berlin Marathon as your target in step 2.

STEP 1. Enter your race time

STEP 2. Enter your target race

Can't find your desired competition in our list? No problem! You can easily add the event and the course data, if available, with a GPS track via ourform. This will not only help us, but also other enthusiastic runners.

STEP 3. Add the e-mail address for more race information

By optionally entering your e-mail address, you agree to receiving information from running.COACH via e-mail in the future. You can deactivate these messages at any time.
