The route of this marathon in Mexico is at an altitude of more than 2200 meters. It starts at the Olympic University Stadium and takes you near emblematic places such as the futuristic building of the Soumaya Museum, the symbolic monument of the Angel of Independence, the classic Palace of Fine Arts, to finish in the Zocalo, one of the largest squares in the world. The 42 kilometers 195 meters route is duly certified and approved by the Mexican Federation of Athletics Associations, the Association of International Marathons, and World Athletics.
