Marabana, is the name of the most popular marathon in Cuba. Since 1987 the Marabana has been held in Havana, Cuba, during the month of November (third Sunday of November). It contains both a half marathon and a marathon in a circuit around the most central avenues in Havana, starting and finishing in Old Havana. Both circuits are certified by the AIMS/IASF. The half marathon is 21 km and 97.50 m, while the marathon is 42 km and 195 m.

The Circuit through which the Half Marathon and the Marathon will take place is Certified by the AIMS/WA. La Media has a distance of 21,097 km, in a circular route with start and finish in the same place (Ramón Font room). The Marathon distance will go around the route twice, covering a final distance of 42.195 km. The start and finish line is at the Sala Ramón Font, with a route that runs through the following streets and avenues: Ave. Independencia, Salvador Allende (Carlos Tercero) Amistad, Dragones Prado, Animas, Av. De las Misiones, Ave. De students, Malecón, Calzada, Calle 12, Calle 23, Av. 26, Boyeros, Santa Catalina, Primelles, Vía Blanca, Ave Independencia (Boyeros) and 19 de Mayo.
